Scheif has a great cribb at 1 Wellington so there would be lots of space for the roommate (1 unit to a floor and the elevator opens into your condo).

That building is the closest you will get to New York style living in Winnipeg. The top two floors are owned by the building developer and his wife and it is approx 7000 square feet (between two floors) with a great staircase and one of the nicest rooftop settings you will see. I think the standard units are 3500 square feet if I remember correctly.

I hope Schiefele and the rest of the Jets are all healthy come the Leafs game on the 31st. I'm flying to TO for the game (my first live NHL game in eight years) and I want all the stars on both sides healthy and playing well. A Matthews/Laine hatty duel would be a bonus too (Leafs will take the W though, sorry guys)
