Congrats to MAP, the way he has been playing in Hamilton for the past 6-8 weeks or so he deserves a chance. At the start of the season, I wasn't too impressed with him, he would have some good games and then do very little of note for a few more. Then around the New Year, he started becoming more consistant, playing with a bit more of an edge, he looked more confident on the ice and he was producing well and at key times in games too. While it's a shame to see him leave Hamilton (he has been a key player for them recently), I hope he manages to impress in the NHL. And who knows, maybe he might get a chance in a shootout and he can show everyone that nice deke to backhand move he uses as he roofs the puck past the helpless goalie
