The article leaves a lot to be answered but as a news site, they just want to get the gist of it out there.

What's the testing been like on men over a long term (i.e. 5+ years?), if any.

What are the effects on sperm count if a man decides to get off the BC and wants to have children?

How severe are the cases of mood swings and depression, what is their relation to testosterone levels and how do they relate to the effects of women's BC? Are suicidal thoughts one of the side effects?

Consider me weary.

Pretty interesting. Hard to see it taking off with the way it is obtained by the body and that it doesn't prevent STIs/STDs, but I hope they tinker with it to eliminate the side effects.

Following the recommendation of an external safety review committee the recruitment and hormone injections were terminated early.

Probably not a good sign.

So basically all the side effects a woman gets from taking birth control?

Its about time I can be totally irrational and blame it on my hormones...BRING IT ON!!!!:handclap:

On a much worse level as well as permanent inability to have children.
