hello putting together a salary cap/floor dynasty league called lazy boy and couch managers on fantrax , have not decided weather or not to have 24 teams or make it a 33 team league by adding quebec to the atlantic division, than it would cost about 5 bucks per year, trying to make it so teams can compete points wise throughout the season instead of being in the lottery by december
