Gone are: Foudy, Rowe, Golden 3 second round picks and 2 third round picks. (Realistically that what it’s gonna take to make this trade at least plausible value wise).

This is the kind of team it’s going to take to challenge the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds. If Tkachuk or Mete don’t show up, sell off. But it’s one stop shopping with the Steelheads if we need to beef up for another title run....

PS -this is what it looks like when you dream.....

I like that, but we would need to get a more beefed up 4th line unit who could cycle the puck and work it down low.

I don't know how much appreciation Evan Bouchard gets, but he has 36 points in 30 games, plays almost 30 minutes per game against other teams top lines and is a plus 7. He is on pace for a fantastic season! I am happy we have him he is the real anchor back there and has developed into a great leader.

Haha I know I will get some hate for this, but its obviously a fantasy type of roster. Even if they got half of those guys it would take a boatload of picks and is highly unlikely to happen, but would put us into a good position

I am going to go on the line here and say from now until Jan 7(10games) our now bottom six will easily produce 15 goals amongs themselves. Some of them might move up a line or two but all the same players we have now for our bottom six together will produce 1.5 goals a game for the next 10 games.

explore selling off veterans, they are a step closer to getting back Victor Mete.

Now on the other end of the spectrum what if Mete doesnt come back and we sell. We would still make the playoffs with Thomas, Bouchard, Formenton,Raaymakers.
If we sell we could trade Pu/Jones and get any one of Rees(Sarnia 1st Rounder), Fowler(Soo 1st Rounder), Russel(Owen Sound 1st Rounder) or Ladd(Kitchener 1st Rounder) plus picks and maybe a 2000 born player.
We could probably get a 2nd for Miletic

There's no problem with posting articles in here. Not everyone reads every hockey paper/subscription type thing out there. That's a weird thing to rebel against. Is it that much of an issue on your HF life?
