It's funny that their graphical designs team had that thing ready and raring to go! I bet they just couldn't wait to stick it on there.

I'm surprised they are still covering this on ESPN right now. Shouldn't they have cut out to bull-riding or Poker or bowling by now?

wow a full 2 hours of hockey talk on espn...I'm surprised

just after Noon they finally started talking about Bledsoe being released by the Buffalo Bills.

Yeah, they also had an image and story ready about the season being saved. It is common practise in the media. News sites do this kind of thing with obituaries.

Reminds me that ESPN does a crappy job of promoting NHL. I firmly believe that the league would be better off without them.
