This team is all around terrible, from the top down. Nonis does nothing, Carlyle refuses to play young kids who have talent and when he does he mentally screws with them, kicking the crap out of their confidence. Phaneuf is complete garbage and they pay him $7million to be a pylon, Franson is just brutal to watch. There is a zero identity with this team, what is this team? Are they a speed team or a bang and grind team or a possession team? They change their style of play against every team they play. I do not understand this team anymore and I'm exhausted of cheering for this money cash grab bullsh!! of so called NHL team.
