Key fob mystery

So, the dealer couldn't tell us what this button is for (the one with the star/gear symbol) . Its an aftermarket fob additional to the og fob. Its for a rogue 2015. I assume its the ignition cut off. Anyone know for sure what it is, I don't want to push it and self destruct. And yes, I am NOT a car guy.

Could be a generic button that you can use to program for a variety of things.
