just speaking on the little bits i've seen Abdelkader held his own at WJHC's. he played a role on the teams PK and got some pretty good minutes. he has 15 points in 19 games at MSU. as for Mursak i dont know very much about him.

5. Jan Mursak, RW, 5-11, 167, Saginaw (OHL). The competitive Mursak lacks strength, but has everything else -- speed, spunk and oodles of offensive talent. He looks like another late-round gem. "He's been one of the top players in the OHL," said Nill. "He's a really good prospect."

6. Justin Abdelkader, LW, 6-1, 209, Michigan State (NCAA). Abdelkader skates well, has excellent size and is a strong physical presence. It all adds up to a future Grind Liner, though he'll never be a scoring star. "He's in your face and has the physical maturity," said Nill.

thx please keep it coming have anyone seen them play on there respective teams in the OHL and NCAA

I've seen Abdelkader quite a bit with Michigan State, not only this season but last season as well.

This quote:

is a pretty good assessment of what Abdelkader is likely to become at the pro level, though he's been picking up points production as well. He plays on a great sophomore line with Tim Crowder and Tim Kennedy. Those three have been together since last season and click really well together for the Spartans.
