See there's this thing called ............different opinions.

Example: I think OJ Simpson is guilty.
he was found not guilty at trial
The Jury got it wrong!
No they didn't!

This is called.........a dispute. If you think a side in a factual dispute is wrong, what you do is counter their claims.

In this particular case the accusation of racism came from the video and the Subban's. If I just, say made a thread claiming someone was a racist with no video or 1st person claim? Then that would be a fallacious claim.
