Just wondering if anyone has heard of this kid or has any news about his development/potential. He is from my town and absolutely dominated high school hockey around here so he moved on to the U-17 USNTDP.

He just committed to the University of New Hampshire. Chose UNH over Michigan. Boston U and Boston College were also in the picture early. He's got great size (6'3" 187) he skates well and has great hands. He's already being talked about as a first round pick in '07.

Wow, I cant believe James is making it this far. I have played with James for about 3 years. He uses his size very well, has a great shot, has the best hands i have ever seen(best asset of his game), and has good speed.

Appreciate the responses guys, glad to know that the hype surrounding him around here is atleast somewhat true. Nice to see a local kid succeed.
