J20 Elit, J20 Div.1 VS USA tier 3 hockey

I was just wondering if anyone knows how the leagues compare, I'm going to be playing in the J20 Div.1 next year and have been playing un the US NA3HL for the past couple years and wondering what to expect?

Not in J20 Elite, If you make it to the J20 SuperElite and make an impact there maybe you can get some attention.
