There are countless articles with similar reports. But this recent excerpt from a Glen Healy interview is why I advocate for Lou in an upper management position:

“You’ve got to remember, when Lou got here they were doing things like, players were showing up with their suit on from the night before after a 5-0 loss against St. Louis; missing practice because they were fixing a tire on their car; there were all kinds of bad off-ice reports, and you didn’t hear any of that once he came on board,” Healy said. “This ship was cleaned up. He put a culture in, like it or not, that was spectacular and the on-ice product and crest on the front was all that mattered. And now you’ve got to replace that.”

He did the same thing with the "Mickey Mouse organization" Devils a long time ago. Not that we need that kind of image/culture makeover.....

Lou was hired to run everything in full control the whole coaching staff would be fired including the AHL staff. Instantly. A third of the players on the team would be gone in two weeks. This is a gm that will fire a head coach a week before the playoffs start when the team already clinched a playoff spot. he works like Bryan cashman. No loyalty to players or coaches. He just plays to win doesn't come to work to make friends like Wang ledecky or hire friends like snow.

Any relationship to BRIAN Cashman.

L & M have Asked Wang to walk the hallways again, scouting for the best GM/President talent that he can find.
