While IB has whiffed in the past, he did break the Tavares signing and the Anderon trade.
He seems to have connections to Brisson, so if a player is on the block with that agent, there may be something to this.
The ones I see are Fowler, Hanifin and Jones also Zegras but that doesn't really fit IMO
