Is anyone else less excited for the Stadium Series game compared to the WC and CC?

Who the f*** thought it was a great idea to have an outdoor game in March? They couldn't book it in January? This is stupid.

On the bright side, players and fans won't freeze.

Unlike the first two outdoor games, this is just another game to me.

Those games usually of much poorer quality, and if there is no special occasion attached to them, I fail to see the point.

I forgot we even had an outdoor game until it was brought up last night. SO disinterested in outdoor games now, they are barely hockey really and they definitely do not suit fast skilled teams like us. Boring games WC was boring until the 3rd and OT obviously

I was at Ann Arbor for the Big House game.

I was at BMO for last year's Centennial Classic as well.

In person, these experiences are outstanding - I did the Centennial with my dad and those will be lasting memories.

But on TV? These are awful to watch.
