info on carter camper

i had heard from a source that carter camper was going to be a late rounder in the draft. im not even positive if hes eligible this year. i had also heard that he was a sleeper and had an outside shot to make whatever team hes drafted by (assuming he is eligible). did i just dream this or is it for reals?

he is eligible. thats pretty much all i know about him.

He was eligible last year and many were suprised that he got passed over.

I really doubt he's big enough or quick enough to jump in next year, assuming he's drafted.
