Info about several contracts types (entry-level, extended tender offer....)

Hi all,

can someone please give me the correct definition, or redirect me to a usefull link for the followings types of contracts and how they work (even for European players signing for an NHL franchise)?

Entry-level
Free Agents (RFA, UFA and several groups)
Tender Qualifying Offer

Any help would be much appreciated.

Entry-level contracts: Article 9 in the CBA.

Free Agents and Qualifying Offers: Article 10 in the CBA.

Read those two first, then come back with questions - not trying to be short, but it's easier if you read those details and figure out what specific questions you have than for one of us to try and pick both articles apart in this thread like a flock of vultures at fresh roadkill.
