I'm looking for a NEW fantasy keeper league

I'm looking for a new fantasy hockey keeper league. I would like to draft and create my team from scratch.

The more teams in the league the better.
Would prefer to have somewhat of a farm system, doesn't matter how complex.

Salary cap is optional, but preferred.

Free league.

The deeper the rosters, the better.

Not really into a bunch of crazy stats, but may still be open to it

My personal history: been playing fantasy hockey for over 7/8 years, about half that time spent in keeper leagues. kind of got out of it the past couple years, but looking to get back into it. so if you have a league that needs a committed gm, let me know.

i am not interested in taking over a team, i dont care how good it is. i want to build a team from scratch.

Stats would include Goals, Assists, +/-, PPP, GWG, PIMs.
Goalie stats include Wins, Saves, Shutouts, GA.

Looking for 15-20 GM's who are very active and competitive.

5 Keepers every year.

Starting a keeper league on Yahoo with a farm system, possible salary cap(depending if everyone is in agreement on it.

Thinking on but open to suggestions: 25 man roster plus 10 prospects
20 keepers / trying on 16 team league
4LW, 4C, 4RW, 6D, 1Utility, 2 goalies, 4 bench

Stats: G, A, +/-, ppp, fw, PIM, hits, blocks, shots
Goalie: wins, losses, GAA, SV%, shutouts

Also looking for GM's who are very active and competitve
