IIHF deal and world championships.....

    Have heard that because Russia did not sign in to the IIHF deal, this will somehow affect the World Championships. Is this true, and what about the World Junior Championships?

    Personally, I'll be quite dissapointed if they can't ice the best teams possible because of this...
