Calgary is a young team. Think they need to continue to mature.

Monahan was probably their best forward in the 2017 playoffs. But he's always injured, and likely injured now. Him and Lindholm have kind of disappeared since New Year's.
Not sure how they can acquire an elite #1 centre outside of the draft. Footspeed is a real probelm and I think they have to trade either Monahan or RFA Tkachuk, maybe the slowest player in the league.

They are super young overall and would be dumb to make any drastic roster changes. Just keep adding/subtracting where needed and keep the core in place.

I don't know much about the coaching situation. But that roster is only going to improve.
