Ehlers often retreats with the puck to maintain possession, even at 5 on 5, probably more than anyone else on the team. Can't see him abandoning that in OT.
Don't disagree, but he also forces low percentage plays a lot, like Wheeler. I'd still like to see him out there though.

Some will say OT losses dont matter. It is quite feasible that our OT record will cost us home ice advantage against the Preds. That in itself could be the difference between cup finals and golf.

Yes, but as Kevin O points out on his show today, you're not getting ALL 8 points right? Riiight? So why even bother to try and do better at it?? lol

I've always found the best idea is to score before the other team does.

Hey all you "astute" posters-- our posts paid off, telling the Jet's brass to play our fast guys that cover a lot of ice "fast". Who was on the ice --yes that's right--the speedy sharpshooter named Kyle Connor. Play the "fast guys" on 3on 3 or -- 4/on 4 hockey. Possession is the name of the game.

Nothing against Dustin, but PoMo, why do you always put him to 3 vs 3 starting lineup? There would be at least 3 better options available. Crossbar saved us this time, Buff went to bench and Connor, who is one of those 3 options scored.. Lession learned Maurice? Doubt so:rolleyes:
