Hello, I have played Hockey for 15+ years, but I haven't "trained" to get better for 6 years ish. I have just been playing for fun. This last summer I bought an action camera so that I can watch what I did again, so I can see what I am doing well, what I am not doing well, and what I can do better. I find that it is working, I am trending to play better each time I go out, and I even notice some things when I get on the bench, rather then saying "Wow, If only that guy was there I could have passed the puck" I can think "Wow, I should have passed it 4 seconds earlier, he was wide open!" Here is an example of one of the videos. I will be including more mistakes as I go along. This was back in December when I edited it together, and at the time it was more of a I want to remember my favorite moments.
