20 years old Hronek is best GR defenseman . Red wings need to trade for drafts to make spot available for him . They usually bring someone in very end of the season . I hope to see him soon with the Wings ,
He need to change his number . # 13 should be retired for the Red Wings

If you're not going to retire #91 then you can't retire #13, either.

Yes, Hronek will get some looks with the Red Wings post trade deadline.

He'll get a look post-TDL most likely. Right now it's great to hear that he's doing well in GR, just getting better and better it sounds like.

So if we trade Green will he get called up sometime this year?
I think he will would love to see him in the lineup for maybe the last 10 games of the season, The way both Cholowski and Hronek are excelling i think we're looking at our future top line pairing sounds like both their ceilings could be in the 40-50 point range.

I think his floor is 25-30 with solid dplay.

That's still not bad it was probably Cholo's ceiling that was much closer to the 40-50 point range then.

His ceiling is 40-45 points. Based on his play in the ahl. I just think cholo probably has better potential to reach it because he’s an unknown. If hronek improves next year I have way more faith in him then cholo

What? I'm not allowed to hold a grudge against a guy who signs a contract and then walks away leaving us with the bill? Sure it ended up working out fine for us, but that was despite his actions so he doesn't get credit for that.

Datsyuk was at that stage he couldn't no longer carry this team on his shoulders. Just look at Kronwall, not much left from those players . It was time to rebuild this franchise , but Holland didn't understand it . Zetterburg is getting there too. Chelios and Cleary wonted to play longer , but they were surrounded by all stars team . Make big difference . Next 10 years this team can only retire Z and D and that is it . Give him a brake and enjoy what he gave to this team for all this years

Ultimately, the player who is able to log the most icetime in the most situations has the highest offensive ceiling.

That's not necessarily true at all. Shattenkirk, Ghost, Barrie, Krug, etc. out-produce a lot of guys that play quite a few more minutes than they do.
