How to easily calculate Points % year over year?

Hi, I saw this video from THG and I’m wondering how he got this information. It seems like it would be hard (insane amount of work) to do manually but can’t seem to find any sites that have this info available easy enough to organize in this way…he doesn’t seem like the kind of guy to crunch these numbers so I’m assuming they are available somewhere.

Anyone have any idea? It was very useful in my hockey pool last year but THG didn’t do another video this year and doing it manually has been a chore so far. He also used it on upcoming players to see trends which was useful.

Yes basically. Kind of like he did I want to see that data over the whole league (or most) as opposed to a select few players.
