0 or 1.
I for one had a good laugh at the bold. The exclamation mark is what really did it.
Hey, man, he's your favorite. You've been a huge fan since the earliest days and you seem to be earnestly interested in the opinions of others. That's what the Boards are for!
The blue and whites sure hate Karlsson
3 or 4 but I voted 4 because I can't decide, and I'm a Sens fan so my personal bias added 0.5
2011-2012 (which he won) and 2015-2016 (which Doughty won)
Subban should have won it in 2014-2015.
So a total of 2 Norris, which is what he has right now anyway.
I'd have it:
2011 - Weber (Lidstrom won)
2012 - Karlsson
2013 - Subban
2014 - Keith
2015 - Karlsson
2016 - Karlsson (Doughty won)
2017 - Burns
I think it's very fortunate that a 4th forward has one the Norris twice. He should be happy with that.
What’s the point of pointless polls like this?
Probably should have won in 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
I think he probably should've won the Doughty one. Just my opinion.
But I also think too much is made of this. The best defenseman in the league doesn't win the Norris every year. That's always been the case. If he did, it would be boring. Lundqvist is going to win 500 games - he has ONE Vezina. It honestly doesn't bother me.
What's the point of pointless, self-answering questions?
But seriously, he has two and should have two.
I think you make a good point in your point about pointless self-answering questions.
This is the type of **** that always leads to Karlsson threads becoming #KarlssonThreads
4. He was better than Burn's last year over the full 82 games and got robbed when Doughty won. Best defenseman of this generation ainec
Two, maybe three.
I'm pretty sure the year he lost to Doughty the Kings made the playoffs and the Senators didn't, and you don't win the Norris on a non-playoff team. So he won't win it this year (and doesn't deserve it now).
Either way, it's not about the Norris. It's about being tidy defensively, airtight 5 v 5 and having a huge goal differential and limiting quality chances. Erik can help with that, for sure, but he needs better tools around him to succeed.
Definitely the 2069 one
I agree he was better than Burns but I had Hedman last year.
yeah hedman elevated his game to a new level last year and has continued this year.
It was close. Hedman's my pick for Norris this year.
Wasn't that the year he was on the ice for the most goals against.... That's not playing good defense
could be doughty or subban.
a second norris to go along with those cups and doughtt has almost caught Duncan Keith as the dman of our generation with the most accomplishments. just a conn smythe away.
who karlsson? he led the league in goals against at 5v5 for many years.
I'm pretty sure he was at the bottom or the bottom that season
