Just curious if anyone has watched him this year and how has he been playing? Still a likely top 5 pick in 2005?
I've seen him once.He looks to have lots of talent.I don't think his production is
what was expected (14pts. in16 games). In the game I saw he didn't get as much
icetime as you would expect. There are other draftees in the Q that are producing more than this guy so it will be interesting where he ends up.

If enough teams pass him, then Boston could get him! Latendresse is the prospect that the Bruins need. He is the winger that we need to put with Thornton.

He's top 10 material for sure. His injury is disturbing him alot , his lacks of production are mainly because of his injury.I don't think the bruins need of a PF.They need some top-notch offensive defenceman and a winger with skills ( a guy who can put the puck in the net , a guy who will complete the passes of Big Joe :D ).

If Lars Jonsson can come to North America, he will be our future PP specialist. Jurcina is projected to be a pp specialist, although his offensive skills are not that great. In reality, Latendresse would compliment Thornton very well.
Ya, we need offensively skilled prospects (besides boyes and krejci).

His Drummondville squad is playing Crosby's Rimouski club tonight. Hopefully, a few QMJHL fans will be out for it....and here to comment.

One thing about Latendresse is that he was missing offensive-minded winger, Sabres prospect L.P. Martin, for the first 13 (I think) games. Martin has teamed up with Latendresse and sparked les Voltigeurs with 6-4-10 in 8 GP. Latendresse seems to be enjoying his presence....

I like Latendresse's play last night. He's fastest that I thought for his size and he likes to carry the puck. I think that he have to be strongest on the boards for his size but he's only 17. He's got a lot of potential.

Yeah Cariboux you are right but it's that "p" word that scares me.Maybe though
as some posters have suggested the injury is still bothering him.
