How Deep Is The Draft?

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if you guys could help me out a little. I just wanted to know how deep you thought this year's draft will be and how many players will be NHL ready in 1-2 years.

It has a good top end of the draft and the 1st round is good...not quite 2003 but it's a good 1st round. The depth lacks expecially up front but there are going to be some great goalies going 2nd round and later! also the defensive depth is very good and in the 2nd round there are some defensman who should make noise in the NHL.

THere are plenty of big players as well...I see quite a few 1st rounders making an impact within a year or two in the NHL.

The players who go late 2nd and early 3rd and on have some big holes in there games and this is when the draft well thin out...and finding a gem well be tough.

I have heard the same. Good top end, but a little thin. Where exactly it drops off is more than I have heard, but that is the word from GMs this year.

I would say the biggest drop off is when Mid/late 2nd round....near pick 65...after that the drop off is significant.
