How deep is the 2006 draft?

    By this I mean how many players will be legtimate NHL stars, solid players, good role players, etc.

    We all know about the tops guys, Kessel, Frolik, Joensuu, Towes, Little, etc. I'd like some perspecive if possible

    I obviously can't see any living in Philly, thanks for the link.


    I'm also looking for who people think are definite first rounders, fringe 1st rounders (could be 1st could fall, or 2nd rounders who jump up) etc.

    This could be another geat year for American prospects. Guys I see as having first round POTENTIAL:

    1) Phil Kessel
    2) Erik Johnson
    3) Peter Mueller
    4) Kyle Okposo
    5) Mark Kitera
    6) Billy Sauer
    7) Mike Forney
    8) Joe Palmer
    9) Bob Sangiunetti
    10) Nick Foligno

    i hear ryan flynn and nigel williams have looked very good also................mike ratchuk may go higher then originally projected also.

    mckeens is also high on another minnesota power forward with size, but i dont know much about him.

    I think you're referring to Andy Inderiede, McKeen's is pretty high on him, as well as both Flynn and Williams. A guy I see trending up is Palmer. He's looked fantastic this year for the U18 team, facing 40+ shots a night and keeping the team in games they shouldn't.
