We had a couple of Sens fans in our section (nice as they could be, no complaints) and they were pretty bummed about it and left at the 5 minute mark. Long drive back to Ottawa. They were going to try to blur a picture of me and try to pawn it off as Carrie Underwood. (No one would be the wiser...ha ha!)

To add to the crazy stat about the Senators getting no shots in the 3rd last night they also only had two shot attempts. So it wasn't even like they were getting opportunities and sending them wide or getting them blocked. The xG chart is pretty wild too. Pretty much completely shut them down a quarter of thw ay through the second period.

Ottawa goalie typical - 3 goals allowed on 1.25 expected. Korpisalo actually settled in pretty nicely in the 3rd tbh but was complete butt in the 1st/2nd
