I may have been....

But I honestly feel that a very consistent, 700 goal scorer, who played 1400+ career games with decent playoff number deserved to be up there.

I know he doesnt have the hardware (name on Rangers' Cup?) nor has any AS team selections, but I think Gartner was also very unfortunate to play for 2 bad teams most of his career in Washington and Minnesota.
