Hey guys, Started this new series to commit myself to working out more as an adult hockey player. As you can tell I'm in the worst shape of all 3 of us lol but hopefully this will help me commit to getting back in shape. Anything you guys do to keep yourself committed to working out?

I used to be in good shape in 2012-2013. was doing 400 pushups a day and biking for 35 minutes. just started getting back into it now!

I think what you are doing is cool. Workout with buddies, make it fun, and the activities are hockey based. That should keep it fresh and fun. Agility ladders are great for hockey. Keep working on that footwork. And fun editing skills for whomever is editing. Enjoyable to watch.
