This one is clearly Kesselring, I think. Having Tullio and Kesselring as our 12th and 13th best prospects is pretty impressive, though I'd have each a bit higher.

I see quite a drop off after this one.

I think Munzenberger, Petrov, Beryozkin, Chiasson and Denezhkin could have huge jumps next year based on what they’re able to do in their respective leagues. I’m especially intrigued by Munzenberger and wonder if he could be our Parayko, he’s following a similar path going to a smaller school where he should get huge minutes right away.

Kesselring here for me, I believe that he's been my vote since #5 or 6. After him I really like the potential of guys like Beryozkin and Petrov and think that guys like Chiasson, Munzenberger and Rodrigue could pan out to be good players (saying Rodrigue simply because goalies are all over the place and that he has a pretty good pedigree). I've also liked Safin's upside, but he is in a similar boat to Maksimov and Marody, this season is huge for all of them.

Marody will get my next vote after the kind of season he had last year ..

Marody probably has more NHL games than a lot of these guys will ever get. I went with him as I think he'll actually get some more games either with us or someone else. Maybe not the highest ceiling, but by far the most likely to play NHL games.

I love that so many are high on Kesslering…and I hope they are right, but for me, Beryozkin and Rodrigue are clearly ahead of him(I was very high on Beryozkin before we drafted him).

You and I are riding this Kesselring train until it can't ride anymore.

As far as upside is concerned, I think there's an argument that he's top 5 in this group. He's a long way from realizing that if he ever does but I have a feeling about this guy that if he puts it all together that there's an outside chance of a top pairing guy. Size, skating, offensive instincts, good stick defensively.
I see a lot of tools for him to tap into.

In any event, I really like the way this prospect pool is shaping up. When we have guys like Tullio and Kesselring at 12 and 13 and one of the best Freshman goal scorers in the NCAA at 10, that bodes well for team depth going forward if developed properly which will be imperative with their top heavy salary structure. Not any super high end prospects but a lot of quality. 5-13, you can pick the names out of a hat essentially and make an argument for NHL upside for all of them.

Marody. If you take out the 1 year where he struggled with injuries, he’s got 41 goals, and 62 assists for 103 points in 100 AHL games. Yes, he’s got flaws, but he’s got a high floor. Worst case scenario is he’s a high end AHLer and a callup option.

This reminds me of when Pitlick was going after guys like Betker. One guy is entering his 8th NHL season, while the other is playing in the Slovak league after spending his last year in North America in the Coast.

I wonder if they want Marody to change his game for the NHL, because whatever he is doing to be successful in the AHL doesn't seem to translate to the NHL with the cup of coffees that he has been given.
Also the noise that he unfollowed the oilers on his social media. It feels like the player soured on the organization and may feel entitled to play in the big leagues but is not willing to change his game to stick with the big club.
Whatever the case, I'm sure he might get another chance but unless something changes, career AHLer seems to be his future or falls back in his country music career.

Do you have any material on him? A good scouting report?

Thanks in advance.
