- Any player nominated to the final 10 for the Hobey Baker Award.

USHL:
- Any player who wins one of the following awards: Defenseman of the year, Goaltender of the Year, Forward of the Year, Rookie of the Year, or Player of the Year

WJC:
- Any player named to the all-tournament team or named the best forward/defenseman/goalie of the tournament.

Question:

OK, so leading scorer for their Country is one of the potential rewards. What if two players are tied for the team lead. eg. both have 5 points in 6 games, do both players potentially qualify for the reward? The situation I'm wondering about, the other player is a draft eligible so wouldn't even be able to be redeemed by a team because he hasn't been drafted yet.

I would count it.

If only Hischier didn't score that third period goal, Siegenthaler a defenseman was tied with Nico in scoring until the final minutes. Lol just my luck. Also since they lost in QF doubt he's named to all-star team.
