…Bryam shouldnt be anywhere near this list yet.

I have followed him for a long time and his play in the SC finals wasn't some blip, that's the type of player he is right now.

Like I said, all the other Dmen in Colorado are under the shadow of Makar and Bryam had that concussion problem for a while but make no mistake he is easily a top #1 Dman type of Dman right now and can play and excel in all situations.

Slavin, Letang, then Doughty, Hughes, Toews and Bryam are also going to be too low on this list because of Makar being #1.

You don’t want to see more from Bryam first? Being able to play in the middle of the lineup is a different task than being on a top pair.

Heiskanen is so overrated on HF. If HF was going to vote in a guy more known for his all-around game with only middling offensive totals, Slavin should have gone at #6.

The only thing with Heiskanen is that he definitely has the skill set to be a PP QB and put up higher totals but he hasn’t had much opportunity with Klingberg there, whereas I don’t think Slavin would ever be a good PP QB. If we just look at what they’ve done, I don’t see the argument for Heiskanen over him at this point, though I could see Heiskanen justifying the position this year.

Damn, he's even better than Makar?! Now that's a hot take!

Not that I said that and no he isn't better than Makar but IMO he was the best prospect in the 19 draft after Hughes and only injuries have partially stalled his development.

Slavin...and he should’ve gone a couple polls ago IMO
