I’m going with Orton vs Bray. Most of the others seemed pretty obvious a long ways off, while Orton/Bray has such a fabulous build that was literally fumbled on the one yard line and returned for a TD the other way.

Botched Shield reunion is a close second.

I pretty much knew Orton/Bray would suck. its the fact the ruined Bray so hard after his Chamber win. so i vote that.

actually the most disappointed I was all year was when Breezango didnt win the tag titles at.... MITB was it?

the HHH/Rollins payoff was also sooooo disappointing considering how good it could have been

If Breezango won Usos wouldn’t have become GOAT

I went with The Shield. I didn't even know it was happening. Feel like Bray's character is good enough that he can be salvaged again with a great feud.

But man, The Shield was some generational stuff. If they could capture lightning in a bottle again with another 3 man team running rampant and then bring The Shield back to fight them, it would be f***ing amazing. But nah, lets have them come back together to fight Shesaro and Miz+cronies. Wtf

The god awful booking of WWE Champion Bray Wyatt.

They did such a good job building him up and started to make him credible and almost a star then...Orton....and... well... ugh..

Was going to go with Jinder but then I remembered how awful WWE was at pushing new talent from NXT this year. They ruined Bayley, Tye, Roode, and Nakamura. Even Joe. They're slowly trying to right their wrongs, but they had 1st least 4 guaranteed stars, 5 with Joe.

This goes as far as their main roster as well... Harper should be a Main Eventer.

Everyone who got great reactions were held down.

The Women's "Evolution," with Bayley being a central figure to the ubiquitous nature of terrible booking and awful finishes to basically any match that meant anything.

I had Harper in my "breakout star of the year" ballot in my word file from his program where he almost got into the Wrestlemania title match.

...and then he just faded. He was so over.

WWE botching Bayley's first title win and Charlotte's PPV streak. WWE botching Bayley as a whole. She should have been a star and they managed to flatline her within a year.
