I've removed these in the past, usually if you scour bleepingcomputer you can find someone who found the secret sauce for the particular version of the infection you have.

But honestly it ain't worth the effort. If it's Windows 7 or newer just wipe the thing and Install 10 fresh using the OEM key.

Unless there's something on there that you REALLY need, the nuclear option is always the fastest and easiest.

Side note, but always back up your critical stuff.

Was able to remove it using HitmanPro. Being A+ certified I usually try to tackle these things manually through regedit, cmd and msconfig etc. Whoever created this virus did a clever job disguising it and whatever removal tutorials I found didn't seem to work.
