When the current queen dies, no doubt we'll have an Elizabeth Day pop up on the calendar. And she'll be on our money forever and ever.

Is there a February holiday in Alberta?

Our past premier introduced "Family Day" a few years back, for that very reason. We didn't have a stat in February, so we got this b.s. explanation about how the day was about family, and we should all take the day off and be with family.

It's not very often that you find a stat holiday that was invented after you were born, but we Ontarians have one now.
