Like, it's really typical. "Character" guy i.e. he skates hard, but lacks production.

Anyways, he's fun to watch and he played well this year. I just wonder what upside they see for him when guys like Bajkov were available.

See people have a right to an opinion. Before, during and after a move is made. My opinion is that it's not a great signing. I'm not written off the fact that he could improve, progress and suprise us. I'm not impressed by the signing. 'Cause we could all, one after the other, say "Let's wait and see". And you know what...that's what we'll eventually do. No matter how good or bad we think that signing is. But nobody can be impressed by his stats line. Nobody.
