Why is Bowey still in the line-up?

I realize he wasn't on the ice for a goal last year BUT he is a turn-over machine, especially on the break-out. I'm fine with letting a younger player play and get better, but I haven't seen much improvement in his game.

1. The alternatives are worse. Way worse.
