Make a shortlist with the same number of names before your pick, the highest prospect available on your list will be picked by us when it's time.

Ok that last auto was a bit fast, last pick was yesterday at 2:30pm, I pmd MaxButter this morning around 8:30, so that leaves you the day to make the pick if you work night shifts, unfortunatly you got autoed a bit fast ( I should have posted that I pmd you)
if you got autoed and want to pick another player its fine, i mean, whats the point of doing this draft if no ones get to pick their players, still nobodies around to make their picks so if you know you pick within the next 15 picks, come along and check the board daily

Well, you did say anyone can make autos now. I've given everyone 12-18 hours to pick starting from the previous pick depending on the time of that previous pick. So if someone posts at 10 pm at night, I was giving 18 hours. More than enough time. If it was 8 am then 12 hours. Again, that's more than enough time. Most drafts it's 5-8 hours, with an over night allowance.
Having one pick a day is ridiculous, which is what we've been achieving lately. There's 3 rounds to go. That's 60 days or 3 months to get through all the picks if we only do one day. That puts us into July. The actual draft will be over then.
Like you said, guys need to be checking this board every day. I understand work commitments I have them too. And, I do shift work. But, this draft needs to pick up speed. I don't even know who's in and who's out any more.

OK guys seriously, enough complaining about auto picks. They're not even a hard and fast 12 hour rule either, as most people have been given a longer grace period & they still missed their pick.
You miss your pick it's not the end of the world. This thing needs to move more quickly and there's over 100 more picks to go, and things will slow down tremendously with the season over and no playoffs. At this rate we'll be lucky to be done in 2 and a half months(when the actual draft takes place)
Please take note of when your turn is coming up, and if you think you'll miss your pick, PM a regular that doesn't pick for a while and give them a list of 3 players you want, or just let people know to auto for you.
