Dammit Price score some goals!
Marc Bergevin was heard in the corridors cursing and stating that had we had price in net we would have won this game !
He went on to say , a win here would have increased our chances to make the playoffs. And despite what standings no numbers say, he had a plan to sneak into the playoffs but can’t say how. And once in the playoffs anything can happen

Can someone tell me what the sliding D on the left of Niemi, was trying to do on this?

Was it Petry?

Was probably trying to cut off a possible pass to the side of the net to McGinn. McGinn had just passed by him so he was probably aware of his position.

So, it's a defensible play? I got the impression that he was playing the puck instead of the man and was easily circumvented as a result.

Oh you remember toe thumb. :) The picture was included in the article below about an entire family with 6 digits on each hand. Not sure if really true or not. Need to find someone with 13 fingers now just in case. :)

Family of 14 who all have six fingers and six toes celebrate latest addition
Polydactyly is real, albeit rare. As mutations in Gli3 are thought to be dominant it's not suprising that al 14 express this trait.

Some forms are recessive but this likely ain't one.

I wonder how the tendons are connected. Depending on how they're connected it might be an advantage for the piano, or it could just get in the way.

Shut out 12 times this year.

Buy ya know, the only quality that matters to make a guy a centre, is defensive play. Offense is irrelevant.

What Mr. Potato Head should absolutely not do, is play Chucky at centre in these last 9 useless games of the season .

By God our GMs get the best coaches every time.

Now dont anybody worry for next year. MB will find Mr. Potato Head a 25 point 2 way centre this summer and we will have a team to compete for a play off spot.

If Habs win their remaining 9 games, they can make it to 82 points. If all the teams lose by then, Habs will tie Devils (2nd WC spot) in points. However, Habs can't reach more than 35 wins on the season, Devils are already at 37 wins. So no chance of moving ahead of them.

The tiebreaker is by Regular or overtime wins, the ROW column. Shootout wins don't count. So we can still catch the Devils and aren't eliminated yet!

Maybe MB thinks the NHL is like Hogwarts in that they award bonus points for karakter, rispek and leadership at the end of the season.

So I guess that means we won’t see the usual MB supporters here until preseason next year?

Or, after MB signs Tavares? :sarcasm:

Other than probably playing Juulsen at center before Chuck, the only explanation I can think is maybe Chuck doesn’t want to play center anymore. If so, other than being unusual a player dictates his position to the coaches, it would be unbelievable given our depth at center to intentionally hold a player back in a lost season.

But hey, MB has a plan apparently.

Don't worry guys, help is coming at the draft. I'm confident this team can turn Svechnikov into a solid 20 goal scorer within 4 years.

He will be groomed as the best Defensive D-man in the NHL , I believe! :sarcasm:

Haha, on that note probably he is waiting for the platform to transport the team to the playoffs through a secret door .
