We Finns have a really weak team and I wouldn't be surprised if the games goes to overtime or we even lose.

I wouldn't call it weak but this team will get better after some games...though it will be close game. 3-1 or 3-2 to the Lions.

And people who don't know about Komarov...check him a little bit...he is the poor man's Esa Tikkanen or Jarkko Ruutu ;)

I think we have a good team this year - even though we don't have the brightest stars with us. This team already played together in LG Games.

6-1 Lions. :)

Should be a fairly easy win for Finland, Denmark has some good forwards but thats about it.

7-2 to Finland

What's the story behind Regin? He would be huge for this danish team.

Finland should have this one, 5-1.

Regin will play on second line with Mads Christensen and Nichlas Hardt, the insurance stuff was fixed yesterday.

As written in the thread, Peter Regin will play tonight. Morten Green will NOT play tonight. But what is that with Hirsch being starting goalie?

I think you are really too pessimistic, Denmark shouldn't be a problem to win. The question is how they will play against the stronger teams, especially against the USA and Germany that benefits from the home advantage and they won against USA.

I my opinion the more difficult games for Finland will be against USA and Germany, there I would be more afraid that they lose.

Finland has great team exept one thing is wrong, and he is standing behind the bench - Jukka Jalonen. I just hate him. Now, we have two potential guys out of this game (Lehterä, Osala) because there's some ****ing Santala and Hytönen playing...

Players to watch from team finland:

Juha-Matti Aaltonen - Took huge leaps this year. He was best foward at Stockholms EHT tournament. This tournament will give sighs if he's at NHL-level.

Sami Vatanen - Most interesting player from team finland. I have a feeling that Vatanen will be one of the best players of team finland today.

Leo Komarov - The next Jarkko Ruutu perhaps? i expect energetic game off him and alot of agilating but i think he save it for USA and better teams.

Miettinen has fever. Lehterä takes Immonen's place as the center forward the 1st and Immonen plays winger.

Great news! Hopefully Miettinen stays out for the rest of the tournament.

Hoping Denmark can put up a better fight than what they did against Sweden earlier this week.

3-1 Finland. The danish team will play tight hockey, but it is not easy to find times to hustle more offensively against a team on which no line is significantly weaker defensively and where so many players are so good on their skates.

Love the sign "Lakana" xD

Because that is what it is!

Hopefully Aaltonen and Vatanen make good impressions; they can be huge parts of the finnish hockey future.
