France still has a small chances of reaching quarters, but need 2 wins (CZE, SWI).
France never won vs Czech republic in all WC history. The closest was 2014 with a 3-0 lead wasted and an OT loss 4-3.

I wonder if the players will still be concerned. The goal was to stay in the elite groupe and it's now done.
We know Auvitu is playing through pain (groin), and already missed 2 games. Will he play that one ? Chakiachvili left last game after a bad hit (back injury) but he could be there.
Anyway, it's a long shot. Czechs are huge favorite there. But who knows.

If it's a loss, we'll probably give a try to Ylonen, Bouvet, Thiry, Gallet and all the kids vs Switzerland.

A bit scared our boys will continue with the cruising speed they set with BLR, BLR couldn't punish it but I think France can. We should be fine if we manage to switch gears in time, could be a lot of trouble if we don't.

Complete Czech domination in the first ... I'm a bit disappointed by team France tbh, not complaining tho.

Very good periods from Czechs. I think France won't be happy with their play. Hoping the czech strategy isn't becoming 'give the puck to David'... we need secondary scoring to step up. This would be a great game for guys not named David to get some points.

These hits in meaningless games are pissing me off. Yesterday Kitarov injuring Nestrašil, now Janil hitting Chytil's head (although unintentional probably)

idk about that 2+10... chytil's head was VERY low, that hit didn't even look intentional.

No disrespect to France... I really enjoyed their run a few years ago... but we need a few more goals and to get some Euro and young guys going...

This is dull. Terrible prep for the quarter finals. Not that I am unhappy our team is winning, but I am really disappointed by France’s performance. I expected them to be much tougher opposition.

Despite scoring 6 goals the Czech production was terrible. This was the kind of game where Canada or Russia scores 10+ goals. Hopefully Faksa line is saving some goals for the QF because they have been absolutely inept.
Anyway, pond hockey. Hate how we get all the strong teams at the start and then play the outsiders just before the QF. On the other hand, I expected France to be much better than this.
