I've become a big fan of Campbell's myself. He gots a ton of heart and got a 2 game callup this yr. I think he needs another yr of the AHL at least and then he'll be closer to being ready. While his numbers this yr aren't that impressive (13g-16a-29pts), most of the fans I've spoken to in San Antonio love this kid. Dudley is looking for him to be a key figure in the future so I would expect in 2-3 yrs Greg will be in a Panthers uniform. He'll play the 3rd line agitator role that can score...the name that keeps coming up in my mind to compare him to is Darcy Tucker (though Greg is bigger).
Good to hear, I hope he does very well. I would want him to have him on the Sharks anyday! He's such a great agitator player that can score.
