The biggest goon in the Q is Jonathan Tremblay and he was drafted by San Jose. he has like 3 points in the past 2 years.. I'm pretty sure he wasn't drafted for any hockey skills.

Our biggest goon was Jimmy Bonneau and guess what he too was drafted.. by the Habs. Unlike Tremblay Jimmy is able to play a regular shift and contribute a little bit but certainly not worthy of being drafted if teams didn't draft "goons".

A LOT of those guys AREN'T pure fighters. Guys like Barnaby and Avery can (arguably) play the game.
I was under the impression that the originator of this post meant fighting skills only.
