I am pretty confused by that as well.

It certainly didn't look like the Florida bench challenged that.

i think the rule is that anything in the last 2 minutes and overtime is automatically reviewed by toronto without coach challenges

Florida did not challenge that play so why did they review the goal. I also did not see indisputable evidence to show it offsides.

Trade Howard today while he has value.
Spend 6 weeks either rehabbing Mrazek or his trade value.

Aren't those just scoring plays when the puck goes into the net? Like they look for high-sticks, goaltender interference, kicking motion, etc?

By automatically reviewing offsides in the final minute you give teams a free use of the challenge with no penalty.
