The rule of thumb is half your weight, so for you that would be an 85 flex, however it's all preference.

If you like wristers that much you could even try an intermediate at like a 70-75 flex. It is personal preference and your bodyweight divided in half is just a guideline. Brett Hull used some extremely whippy sticks for example.

I'm 5"11 and around 170 pounds and I like doing wrist and snap shots what should be the best flex for my stick ?

Ideal way is, the felx is half your weight.

I am 140 pounds, and I use a 75 Flex.

It also depends on yourself too.

But yea, in what I know it should be half your weight. So I assume 85 would be the ideal flex for you.

I'm also 140 and I use 75 flx. Works really good for me, but it is about PP more than anything.
