Marc Andre Fleury is not only the best goaltender in Vegas. He still maybe the best goalie in the league. Regardless of what DeBoar likes to think. Flower has taken the duties of number one back.

Until Lehner is back, and Deboer's response ranges from going back to on off on off to giving Lehner makeup games to declaring Lehner the de facto starter again. Nothing about Deboer gives me optimism.

He's definitely not the best goalie in the league, but he should have been in the conversation for top 15 (when not overworked) the past 4 years.

Outside of a few hilight reel saves he's getting the defense he's always needed this year.

Some coaches create chemistry among players and on bench. Some kill the chemistry. Deboer is the latter I suspect. Technically as sound as other good coaches.
Spott is along for the ride. Brings nothing to the table.
