I don't know if people fully realize that, at least on paper, this puts our defence on par with Nashville's. If they can play at the same level, think of the possibilities.

Assuming the trade works as desired, our first rounders for the next two drafts should be in the 20s.

I disagree. Player for player, if you compare the top 4, our guys look just as good IMO. I'm assuming, of course, that Brodie returns to form a little bit after his distractions last year.
