I am probably committing blasphemy here, but bare with me.

Why cannot a CFL field be the same 100 x 53 with two 10 yard end zones as the NFL?
Why cannot we then, build "smaller" stadium, where the fans are much tighter to the field and therefore have easier viewing?

Still leave 3 downs, still leave all rules the same.

I really believe it would enhance the experience.

CFL teams don't have a lot of money to build smaller stadiums. Think there is already two teams trying to sell and another that really isn't doing that well. Can't see teams wanting to invest in capital projects at this time.

That and I doubt they seriously ever look at doing anything that drastically changes their game.
